Cold Snap
30×48
oil on canvas

This painting was inspired by a scene I saw while on my way to the southern enterance to Yellowstone National Park. This particular morning the weather chilly, and foggy, plus the waterways were starting to freeze. Thus the name, “Cold Snap”.
